Lead Melt Pots

Each melt pot incorporates Eagle’s advanced automatic level control and lead pumping systems and can be heated by gas, oil, or electric power. Vessels are custom-configured in round, square, or rectangular designs to fit available plant space and integrate seamlessly with surrounding equipment. Crucibles are constructed from carbon steel, stainless steel, or castable refractory materials based on system size and customer preferences.

All units are refractory-lined with ceramic modules or firebrick, depending on the selected energy source, and include a heat- and fume-control exhaust hood with customizable access door locations.
