Eagle is pleased to announce that Jessica Parnell has joined the company as Project Manager.
Jessica brings more than 18 years of manufacturing and project leadership experience from Honda’s automobile production facility in Greensburg, Indiana. Throughout her career, she has led project, production, and quality teams of more than 200 employees while helping oversee the successful launch of new vehicle programs.
Her experience includes managing new model vehicle weld programs and serving as T-Stage Project Lead for Honda’s research and development team, where she played a key role in coordinating new vehicle development. That background in complex manufacturing environments and cross-functional project management is a natural fit for Eagle. As the company continues to grow its global customer base, Jessica’s skills will be a valuable addition to the team.

In her role at Eagle, Jessica will help manage customer projects from planning through execution, supporting the company’s commitment to quality, innovation, and on-time delivery.
Jessica earned her business degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, family, and dogs, and loves traveling, especially to warm beach destinations.
