Eric Tucker is the Program Engineering Manager at Eagle, a global leader in the design and manufacture of production and automation equipment for the lead-acid battery industry. In this role, he manages the engineering workflow and makes certain projects are completed on schedule and meet the customer’s needs. Performing frequent checks throughout the building process, Eric is responsible for moving projects through production efficiently, ensuring high-quality outcomes, and arranging timely equipment delivery.
Prior to joining Eagle, he was Manufacturing Engineering Manager and North America Subject Matter Expert at Clarios (formerly Johnson Controls), where he gained extensive experience leading projects, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and applying technical problem-solving to optimize complex manufacturing operations.
Eric holds an MBA from Marquette University and a Bachelor’s degree from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, combining strong academic foundations with hands-on engineering leadership to drive innovation and operational excellence in manufacturing.
