Jeff Fitzgerald is the Engineering Manager at Eagle, a global leader in the design and manufacture of production and automation equipment for the lead-acid battery industry. In this role he contributes to the company’s design, production, and delivery of equipment.
Jeff works with cross‑functional teams to support operational excellence and customer success in complex industrial environments. While he primarily works with engineers, he frequently interfaces with customers, including on-site visits to gain a thorough understanding of their needs.
He performs the critical role of bridging customer expectations and engineering. Jeff conveys the customers needs and expectations to the engineers and guides them throughout the project with thoughtful oversight and regular reviews to ensure that the final product is what the customer expects.
