Olga has over 20 years of global financial experience in diverse industries, including quality assurance, manufacturing, distributions, healthcare, retail, public, and nonprofit organizations. Her background includes executive leadership, M&A, integrations, building scalable operations, and a focus on process improvements and innovation. She has provided strategic direction to ensure proper operational controls, compliance, reporting procedures, people, and systems are in place to support growth, financial strength, and maximize operating efficiency.
Olga holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Belarus State Economic University, a Certified Public Accountant License in Indiana, a certificate of AWL executive program from Butler University and a Certificate of Management Excellence from Harvard Business School.
