Eagle is pleased to welcome Perry Hedge II. He brings nearly two decades of experience in industrial maintenance, project management, and process optimization. Perry’s background spans hands-on operations and technical leadership, with a proven ability to improve production efficiency, equipment reliability, and team performance.
His experience includes roles at Hammond Group and US Steel. In these roles he worked across operations, maintenance, fabrication, welding, electrical field wiring, and controls.Perry also holds extensive technical training in areas such as structural welding, pipe fitting, hydraulics and pneumatics, lubrication, alignment, advanced rigging, and print reading.
Perry has practical expertise operating and maintaining a wide range of oxide and lead-processing equipment. This experience enables him to deliver added value and innovative solutions for Eagle’s customers and teams. Known for his problem-solving mindset and team-first approach, he builds strong, trust-based relationships at all levels of an organization.
