Jessica Parnell is the Project Manager at Eagle, a global leader in the design and manufacture of production and automation equipment for the lead-acid battery industry. In this role, she manages customer projects from planning through execution, ensuring clear communication, on-time delivery, and outcomes that meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining Eagle, Jessica spent more than 18 years at Honda Manufacturing of Indiana, where she progressed from Team Manager in the assembly division to New Model Project Lead in the weld division. In that role, she led planning and execution for new model introductions, including scope definition, timelines, and deliverables, while consistently delivering projects on time and within budget. Throughout her career at Honda, she managed teams of more than 70 associates in high-volume production environments and drove initiatives that measurably improved workplace safety and operational performance.
Jessica holds an Associate’s degree in Business from Indiana Wesleyan University, and brings a practical, people-focused approach to project leadership that is grounded in years of real-world manufacturing experience.
